The entire premise of the Facebook (FB) IPO is flawed. Many have asserted the revenue model, based on advertising, is viable and will partly justify the valuation. If advertising is the core revenue model, then they totally forgot about free plugins like AdBlock. The first plugin I install with a new browser is AdBlock.
I have to agree with @garyvee about Pinterest. Now THAT has a business model which can be leveraged to create new sales. It captures the "interest graph" versus the "social graph". The fact I'm connected to my middle school buddies will yield zero dollars for merchants. Knowing I like Moleskine and Timbuk2 is entirely different.

Its in the bit bucket. Facebook IPO bloated, ergo, yet-another-dot-com-bubble awaits.

The Baldwinsville Marching Band will be traveling to compete in field and parade competitions and to perform during a half-time show at the Gator Bowl. While in Florida, the marching band and pep band will also be performing at the Kennedy Space Center. This is a tremendous educational opportunity for our students.

With the exception of tournament-related costs, all proceeds of this golf tournament will go directly to the students of the Baldwinsville Marching Band to help reduce the costs associated with the Band’s performance at the 2012 Gator Bowl.

I hope you can join us at Foxfire on July 10th.
